Electronic delivery of goods
Delivery of all items from our site except the Codes* will require ingame meeting and so will be delivered within 30 minutes after order is made and payed through our site if our broker is online, othewise the order will be delivered within 24 hours.
*The Codes will be sent to you within 24 hours via e-mail or ICQ after they are ordered and payed through our site, because of the nature of game codes, once they are sent out they can never be sold to another customer if returned. Because of this we are unable to give a refund for purchased codes once they have been sent to you.
If you have a code that you believe to be defective we will be happy to check the code and replace it if an issue is found. Please contact us via email if you got any problems or questions.
